as he ran from police during a muni fare evasion stop. many in this community are questioning the police account that harding had a gun and opened fire. >> what i've seen is a young man running for his life and being shot down the way he was shot down. >> the police chief showed amateur video obtained by abc 7 he believes bolstered officer's versions of events. >> you can see this is a gun here. i can't confirm. if anyone in the public knows that this is not the weapon and they know the whereabouts come forward, please let us know. >> the police department provided audio of the department's shot spotter system that picks up sounds and locations of the gunfire.

and there is another affect of the low giving us a bit of an onshore flow today. we'll see low clouds burn back to the coastline, being swept away. there is a little bit of a sea breeze there. temperatures will be cooler tomorrow, by a couple degrees and there is highs ranging from high to mid-60s and mainly 70s around the bay. and high temperatures raempking from 77 in santa clara to 82 in los gatos and mid-60s on the coast. half moon bay, downtown san francisco, 68 degrees tomorrow. there is lots of upper 70s up to 82 and near east bay highs into 70s and 72 in oakland. 75 in union city. 76 in fremont. inland into low to mid-80s

redevelopment agencies all threatened because of massive cuts. >> and we're live in san jose. >> this 126-page lawsuit filed today. the california redevelopment association and league of california cities says what the state is trying to do violates pop sigs 22 and makes it illegal for state to seize or redirect moneys dedicated to local governments. this improvement may be the last big project the city redevelopment agency completes. the $11.4 million started in 2008, and are finishing up just as redevelopment agency fights to survive. the california redevelopment association filed a lawsuit with the state supreme court arguing the budget deal eliminating the 400 redevelopment agencies is un constitutional.

a colorado woman is facing one count of felony sex abuse, accused of groping a female tsa agent last week. the 61-year-old refused to go through the mandatory screening, and began arguing with tsa agents. that is when police say she grabbed an agent's breast. investigators say she admitted to the grab but won't explain y she was released from jail on friday. tsa released a statement saying the agency will not tolerate assaults against its work force. a small, but mighty security guard being credited with scaring off two robbers in a southern california to be backo store this, 10 pound chihuahua atooked two men as they broke into the score. he went for the armed robber's knees, running them down the street. you go, paco! the owner says it was out of character for the pooch. >> he's very easy to get along

with the final look at the forecast at this hour. >> things looking good. we have spectacular weather coming our way. low clouds continuing overnight around the bay. swreel sunny skies tomorrow, on the coast and inland. and we'll see warmer weather in all locations. so finally feels like summer, it's going to stick around for a while. there is a upper level low building into the north. it's providing circulation that is bringing clouds back to the coastline and overnight, we'll see low clouds and fog pushing inland. lows on the mild side. mainly mid to upper 50s, cooler in parts of the north bay. and clouds burning back tomorrow, starting at 5:00 in the morning, there will be clouds lingering but will burn back to the coast and get swept away from much of the coastline by that sea breeze generated by circulation

around that upper level low. result will be high temperatures on the coast tomorrow, maybe lower than today in spots. still, in the mid-60s inland, highs will soar into upper 80s. so will be nice and warm. let's take a look at high temperatures to. there are north bay, 80 in santa rosa. 84 in yuk kaia. 7 in oakland. 68 in san francisco. 79 san jose. farther south, we'll see highs near the bay into mid-60s, mid 70s, rather. 76, and watsonville and mid to upper 80s inland. there is summer here. >> sounds pleasant. >> 80% of the u.s. bracing for temperatures into 90s or higher this week. >> the middle of the country has been feeling the worst of the scorcher, bits to spread.
